VodaExchange သည္ လ်င္ျမန္ေသာ၊ ယံုၾကည္စိတ္ခ်ရေသာ၊ အင္တာနက္ေပၚတြင္ အသံုးမ်ားေသာ e-currency မ်ားအား အေရာင္းအဝယ္ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ E-currency exchanger ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

 

2. What e-currencies do you accept?

VodaExchange မွ လက္ခံ၍ အေရာင္းအဝယ္ျပဳလုပ္ေသာ E-currency မ်ားအား Website ၏ ပင္မစာမ်က္ႏွာတြင္ ၾကည္႔ရႈႏိုင္ပါသည္။ အဓိကအားျဖင္႔ MyanPay, OKpay, Qiwi,WebMoney, Liqpay, PayPal, PerfectMoney, Bitcoin, Wallet 1, Qiwi,Payeer, Payza, Neteller, Skrill မ်ားအား Exchange ျပဳလုပ္ေပးပါသည္။

 

3. Will you add more e-currency types in the future?

VodaExchange မွ ေရွ႔ဆက္၍ အျခားေသာ e-currency အသစ္မ်ားကိုလည္း လက္ခံႏိုင္ရန္ ၾကိဳးစားလ်က္ ရိွပါ
သည္။

 

4. Can anyone register VodaExchange account?

အသက္ (၁၈) ႏွစ္ျပည္႔ျပီးသူ မည္သူမဆို VodaExchange တြင္ account ဖြင္႔လွစ္၍ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈရယူႏိုင္ပါသည္။

 

5. Can I cancel the transaction?

VodaExchange မွ Order Transaction မျပီးဆံုးေသးခင္ order cancel ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ပါသည္။ Order Cancel
ျပဳလုပ္ျပီးပါက အသံုးျပဳေသာ Payment စနစ္၏ transaction fee မ်ားကို ႏုတ္ယူ၍ ေငြျပန္အမ္းေပးမည္
ျဖစ္ပါသည္။

 

6. Is VodaExchange supported in my country?

VodaExchange ၏ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈအား ႏိုင္ငံကန္႔သတ္ထားမႈ မရိွဘဲ Worldwide အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ပါသည္။

 

7. What is the minimum and maximum amount that I can exchange using VodaExchange?

Maximum amount သည္ VodaExchange မွ လက္ခံေသာ Reserve amount ေပၚမူတည္၍ လဲလွယ္ေပးႏိုင္
ပါသည္။ Minimum amount သည္ လူၾကီးမင္း လဲလွယ္လိုေသာ e-currency amount ေပၚမူတည္၍ လဲလွယ္
ေပးႏိုင္ပါသည္။

 

8. How long does it take for VodaExchange to do an exchange?

ပံုမွန္အားျဖင္႔ VodaExchange ၏ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈသည္ အနည္းဆံုး မိနစ္ (၃ဝ) မွ အမ်ားဆံုး (၂၄) နာရီအတြင္း
ျပီးစီးပါလိမ္႔မည္။

 

9. My transaction was refused. Why?

VodaExchange သည္ မယံုၾကည္ရေသာ အသံုးျပဳသူ၏ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ား၊ Order transaction မ်ားအား
ျငင္းဆိုပိုင္ခြင္႔ရိွပါသည္။ ထိုသူမ်ားထံမွ ေငြလက္ခံရယူ၍ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈေပးျခင္းအား ျငင္းပယ္ႏိုင္ခြင္႔ ရိွပါသည္။ အသံုးျပဳသူမ်ားအေနျဖင္႔ အခက္အခဲမ်ား ရိွပါက VodaExchange သို႔ ဆက္သြယ္၍ ေမးျမန္းႏိုင္ပါသည္။

 

10. I've found a bug/mistake etc. What should I do?

VodaExchange ၏ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားႏွင္႔ ပတ္သက္၍ bug မ်ား၊ အမွားမ်ား ေတြ႔ပါက ေက်းဇူးျပဳ၍ ဆက္သြယ္
ေပးပါ။ VodaExchange မွ သင္၏ ဆက္သြယ္ အသိေပးမႈအတြက္ အထူးေက်းဇူးတင္ရိွပါသည္။

VodaExchange is fast, reliable and secure electronic currency exchanger (buy and sell e-currencies) who’s primary function is to help users exchange one type of e-currency to another.

 

2. What e-currencies do you accept?

Currently accepted and exchangeable e-currencies can be found on our main page. Maily, we accepts MyanPay, OKpay, WebMoney, Liqpay, PayPal, PerfectMoney, PayWeb, Bitcoin, Wallet 1, VISA/MasterCard, Qiwi, ePayment, PaySafe 24, PaySecure and others.

 

3. Will you add more e-currency types in the future?

Yes, adding more e-currency types is in our future plans.

 

4. Can anyone register VodaExchange account?

Anyone of age 18 and above are welcome to open an account with us.

 

5. Can I cancel the transaction?

Yes, unless it has been completed. We will issue a refund, but the transaction fee will be charged (that means, you will only bear the expenses).

 

6. Is VodaExchange supported in my country?

Currently VodaExchange is available to use worldwide.

 

7. What is the minimum and maximum amount that I can exchange using VodaExchange?

The maximum amount depends on our current reserve amount. The minimum amount depends on the e-currency that you are trying to exchange.

 

8. How long does it take for VodaExchange to do an exchange?

We will complete your order within 30 minutes if we are online (or) can take up to 1 business days (24 Hours) maximum.

 

9. My transaction was refused. Why?

VodaExchange reserves the right to refuse the transaction due to suspicious user activity, IP changes, use of multiple accounts or the like. Do no hesitate to contact our support if you feel that the rejection was unjustified.

 

10. I've found a bug/mistake etc. What should I do?
